If they released mega man legends on current consoles and said you have to buy it for $20 I complain but still buy it

 

Playing emerald now. Never played any pokemon games growing up after red/blue/yellow and gold/silver

 

Gen 3 is probably the objective best im playing omega ruby right now but I don’t have experience with anything after Diamond besides violet and very little of sword

 

I thought it would be straight through the app to find games but now I gotta search for them and I already gave up on it

 

The ROMs subreddit has literally everything you need in its mega thread

I generally like to buy things, I'm a collector, whether it's physical media or my steam library. but I'm okay with piracy in certain cases. like, if you can't afford to buy the game and the console it's on because they're so rare and/or expensive, emulate it. or like, if a show was taken down from streaming and it never had a physical release, torrent it.

 

Lol nah I've been emulating for 15-20 years, it's super easy. Just download the ROM, load it into the emulator.

Emulating only really gets tricky with newer consoles because you kinda gotta screw with emulator settings to get things just right, but for old games up to DS you'll probably be ok

 

It took me literally 20 seconds to google a fire red rom and download it

 

Yeah I knew absolutely fuck all about it before downloading delta and it’s been incredibly easy

 

I literally learned how to emulate from my middle school guidance counselor

 

Deep into the main quest on Skyrim now. Going the route most people hate and killing PartySnax

 

I'll never download a ROM because I'm not illegal

 

I remember emulating on my MacBook Pro in like 2007-08 and playing Mario Sunshine. I also had a buddy jailbreak my psp in high school and he got gba and n64 on it but I can’t find it I know I didn’t sell it but my parents have moved a few times so it’s gone

 

Btw if you're up for it, I highly recommend patching FireRed with the Pokemon Unbound ROM hack if you can figure it out. Amazingly detailed Pokemon game that had a ton of work put into it, even new assets and sprites. I haven't gotten far into it yet personally, but it's really impressive stuff

 

Word I’ll check it out my brother has told me about a lot of cool ROMs and hacks out there he’s pretty involved with the showdown community and used to play a ton of Pokémmo but lately spends all his time on Pokémon go but yeah he’s got like an encyclopedic knowledge of Pokémon and the meta of different generations it’s wild

 

Picked up Pacific Drive and am really digging it. I like how much direction it gives you so far, and I’m already feeling really protective of my car. Atmosphere rocks too, big Southern Reach Trilogy vibes.

 

If Xbox really loved their players they should make all the fallouts GOTY edition come with game pass

 

Well the problem is Xbox doesn't love their players

 

Main quest in Skyrim beat. Went the Blades route.

Now I am going to try to finish at least the civil war and the 4 guild questlines before I tackle Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLC stuff.

 

Dark brotherhood was always my fav skyrim quest line. First time through that was a trip. Dawnguard and Dragonborn are both amazing though

 

Okay, FightinCowboy keeps making Sekiro comparisons to Stellar Blade. I'm in.

 

After seeing the reviews, I preordered. Excited for tomorrow night
