I didn’t know they were with better lovers that show is here tonight but I’m getting ready for a busy weekend and still don’t have it in me to go to shows right now (I was dealing with some serious health stuff a couple months ago that’s not totally resolved yet).

 

Never heard this band before but this is awesome so far. They really nailed this sound in a way that’s not embarrassing in 2024

This is so different than Romance but I love it. They weren't kidding about the dance-y songs with breakdowns

The last album was very good, but this is a whole different level. So refreshing to see a band so creative and fun when a lot of bands are making generic butt rock adjacent music. I’m looking at you The Ghost Inside.

Alesana is working on a new album, if you weren’t already aware. I think they just work on it when they can because I think they all have families now.

 

Oh no yea I know they're still around, which I'm very excited for! But it's nice to see some other bands bringing some of their energy to albums too!

Album kicks ass in general, they just don't miss.

 

Gotcha gotcha. Yeah I knew they were still touring but I kinda thought they were kinda done making music until I saw a Reddit post recently.

 

Sister With A Gun reminds me so much of Panic At The Disco lol
