Wonder if it will be affiliated with Power Trip or if it will be Knotfest themed at all

Another day, another tour with dates selling out during PRE-SALE!!!!…

I hate when bands add a second show the day after the advertised last day of the tour. People bought that on pre-sale so they could see the last day and now they aren’t.

 

What venues we thinking the letlive. reunion farewell tour will hit? Or maybe a better way to phrase it, do we think the Fever 333 popularity will boost the venues letlive. plays compared to the last time?

 

Do people care about that if it isn’t a farewell tour? It isn’t like many bands radically change their set or show because it is the last night of the tour.

 

Officially 350 inside, 850 outside. It’s a BBQ place that hosts shows mostly on the outdoor stage; they draw a lot of intimate shows out there and host some bigger names (Paul McCartney played a secret show a few years ago).

Woah, they built a real stage! I went over 10 years ago when they just started booking touring bands and it was a bare bones stage and an inexperienced sound guy. It was singer Kelela's first or second show and she taught the sound guy how to mix from the stage.,

 

Toronto lineup is decent but I really hate them not announcing the single day lineups when tickets are basically already sold through. I can only go Saturday, hoping for some mix of Descendents, Suicide Machines, Codefendants, Real McKenzies, and Get Dead.

 

With Taylor's new album, can we expect more dates of the Eras Tour soon?

 

I think it was mostly out of necessity when they started doing Coachella sideshows and stuff. I've never been, but I've seen some photos where it's a bigger stage with lighting rigs like the photo and others where it's still a pretty simple platform stage. I assume it's just a temporary space that they set up for bigger stuff since it's out in the desert with some harsh weather from time to time.

 

Evanescence/Halestorm/The Warning dates for the fall on their way next week.

 

Wouldn’t be til 2025 since she’s booked out the rest of the year with international dates.

 

I'm basing this on absolutely nothing, but I would love to see Taylor do a very long residency at The Sphere in Vegas next year.

She's become too big for a typical tour. Even 3 nights per city at the local stadiums, the demand is too damn high. Making her show a destination event would help quell insane ticket demand. And she'll still net the same amount of money since they're saving on traveling across the country with her entire production.

 

When are we getting the Lana Del Rey stadium dates?

 

Probably after Coachella

 

isn't the general consensus for the Sphere is that it actually kinda sucks? i can't imagine paying out the nose for tickets to that and not being able to see everything, like so many people have complained about.

 

Oh wow I didnt realize there have been complaints. I thought the whole point of the sphere was that even in the very last row you get a full visual experience.

Even if that's true, as someone who has sat in the nosebleeds for a stadium show before, that experience is very shitty. I can't imagine spending over $200 to see Taylor and sitting in the upper deck of a football stadium.
