Oh god people in that thread being like "Oh fans just wanted some over-produced garbage that was prevalent around its release" or "It was so different from everything else at the time" like yea because other bands didn't want to make their album sound worse lol

I still like TBB even with its production because the songs themselves are still good at least

It's funny because the tweets aren't arguing at all that the album sounds good, just that it's different, and on purpose, which is true.... doesn't make it good

 

I’m sure someone out there has nostalgia for how drums sounded on songs downloaded from Limewire in 96kbps, but I am not one of them. Jason’s tweet is worded oddly.

Also just noticed they removed specific Instagram posts on their page (there's nothing prior to 2013 for example) to make it look like the focus will be on that album only for the near future, so yeah here we fucking go

 

I was at the Atlanta date for this and anxiously waited their late in the day set. It was in the parking lot as the sun was going down. One of my favorite sets I've seen, period.

Going on record again saying I have never - not one time - had a problem with the way the Blackest Beautiful sounds. I've loved that record from day one.

 

Could it be, a remix after all this time??

 

My guess is we’ll get something Thursday
