Taylor should cover that one on her next tour.

Taylor would definitely be married to an Andrew Rannells type if she didn't get famous

We reach for the longest shadow

Two of my favorite albums ever are Joyce Manor’s Never Hungover Again (19 minutes) and Coheed’s Good Apollo (71 minutes). Both are incredibly cohesive, so I do agree that cohesiveness is a huge part in what makes an album worth its length. I love Taylor, but I don’t think she’s ever done that, and I really do think streaming numbers has played a big part in that since it’s been a thing.

Some of Taylor’s long albums hold together really well for me (Red, folklore) and some absolutely do not (Lover).

Lover is probably one of the least cohesive albums i've heard. it's a first draft of something that could've been much better.

It has so many of her best songs, but is just such a tonally incongruous mess. A great example of why even the biggest stars need someone in the studio who will push back against their bad ideas or unfinished/half-formed songs.

  7. Signed vinyl and CDs went up to today but are sold out now. Lame.

Being able to ignore The Discourse and The Deranged Swifties and just be excited about new music coming from one of my favorite artists is such a blessing, ngl
