Wish the beths were openers for the midwest dates in April

 

They're playing either Pitchfork or Lolla, I'm assuming the former so they'll announce dates around that.

 

Saw this band tonight in Sacramento. They rule.

 

Man, I was wrong about this.

Hopefully Riot Fest. I just need a date nearby.

 

they announced a show at Tree House Brewing in Sept, can't wait

 

Just reminiscing (instead of sleeping lol) about how I saw them at their second Chicago show ever for $10 at a 300 capacity venue that did not even sell out. I feel like it's rare that I have ve been a fan of a band before they hit it big but this was one where I was and it's kinda cool. I would have been at their first Chicago show which was at a house venue but it was the same day I was seeing Snail Mail and I thought I would have way less chances to see Snail Mail in a small venue (little did I know how quickly The Beths would blow up though haha). The next time they came to Chicago was a 500 capacity venue they sold out pretty far in advance and then just kept growing from there.
