I just be trying to get kills in Fortnite and then I read it’s super convoluted storyline lore and I get confused

 

The only thing these leakers are more addicted to than attention is being huge pieces of shit

 

I’m so hyped for Outlaws, even if it’s an Ubisoft game

So stuck between the base Steam Deck and an Odin 2

Odin 2 is only $299. Superior emulation through Wii, some Switch. Comfier, lighter, better battery, more portable, 1080p, one of the most powerful android devices around. Apparently fits my Skull & Co. dock I use for my Switch.

Can't afford a Steam Deck OLED, so going with the cheap LCD option. Worse battery, heavier, crappy screen, much more expensive. Not sure I'd be much of a PC gamer, I don't even use my PS5 anymore. I also read emulation can be annoying on Steam Deck due to Linux? But I guess you can at least emulate Wii U which is nice. Would love to play Windwaker HD. I don't have a gaming PC today. Just a 2014 MacBook Pro.

I think I mainly care about emulation so idk.

 

Kinda weak trailer but the game still looks fun. Looks like it was all in engine for the most part which was nice. Hope to see some real gameplay soon.

 

just discovered High Speed Mode in Trails from Zero, this makes combat so fast

I do have to disable it in the field from time to time otherwise I'll run into enemies without meaning to

 

This is seriously such a lifesaver, especially in NG+ mode when I want to skip everything I've seen before.

It also exists in Boundless Trails but there it ironically works against you since it's a platformer and makes it impossible to double jump properly or do anything involving timing.

 

Disco Elysium is a really special game.

Yakuza 4: just finished the prison level of Part 2.

God I love this franchise.

 

I hate to remind everyone that I am back on my bullshit of watching all the pointless lists that gameranx makes

 

Chipping away at Baten Kaitos and they really swung for the fences stylistically in some areas. They fully just drop you into a Tower of Druaga level with zero warning and then push you into a town with children's storybook aesthetics. Totally bonkers and I'm loving it.

 

Baten Kaitos is top tier

 

So so fucking bummed they don't have the original English VA for it

 

I do miss the corny voice acting from the Gamecube version, but the ease of playing on the Switch makes it a lot more appealing there.

Anddd with that Part 2 of Yakuza 4 is done! Man, what a character Saejima is. So far out of the 2 parts and 2 characters, I've definitely enjoyed his stuff more. Also how frickin cool was it when he washed up in the beach after the prison break??? And the following boss fight?!? I can only imagine the whiplash of NOT playing as Kiryu, then yet a second protag, just for that reintroduction hahaha. I really do enjoy how this is all tying back to 0.

 

just finished Trails of Cold Steel 3, what a fun game, the Trails franchise is just so fun. played like 209 hours of Cold Steel (1/2/3) since the middle of March now.

but now I've finished like 3 weeks before (presumably, based on historical trends) the Golden Week sale and I don't own 4 yet... do I just buy it full price and keep slamming the story...?

 

3 weeks is a long time......

 

Buy it now and then during Golden Week buy Reverie. Problem solved.

 

I was just gonna buy them both then, so I've got The Goods ready for Daybreak, but honestly you might be right.......
