nice! if somehow fugees, killer mike, black pumas and matt & kim wound up on the same day, i would make a 1 day trip

    idk man

If Troye Sivan and Charli XCX did a coheadliner, it would be in arenas correct?

Charli herself can probably do arenas in major markets so...yeah.

Not so sure of that tbh. She did sell out the Greek Theater last time she was in LA, but it took a while, was extremely cheap on resale and it only holds 6k. In San Diego (where I live) she still plays the 1k cap venue

NJ & NYC presale sold out for Sad Summer. Low presale warning in 5 other cities. Looks like it’s doing just fine.

I would say absolutely no way to Charli XCX in arenas but what do I know

She sold out the DC 6k venue in a day. Not sure if we have a way to talk about B-arenas in major markets, but that may be an option. DC has a 10k college basketball arena in the suburbs, and Baltimore’s 10k venue has snatched a few arena shows that would’ve been fine in DC.

IMO those NY/NJ venues are too small for this. NYC is 3,500 and NJ 2,500. They’ll both sell out, they’re both pretty venues, and it’ll look good to announce such quick sell outs in major markets. But I’d imagine they could’ve bumped these up to 5k venues and still sold well.

Ugh I was going to hold off on Sad Summer tix but now... idk what to do. I'll be real mad if it actually sells out and I can't get a reasonable ticket later. Did they actually set aside a separate group of tix for presale? So many questions

So I was actually considering going to day 2 of Sea Hear Now, since single day tickets were listed as $160 each. But I’m reading now that it’ll actually be the first festival to enact dynamic pricing. What complete bullshit if true

That on sale and actual festival will be a shit show. Bruce fans in their 50’s and 60’s will likely not be prepared to be in a large GA festival crowd.

Also, wonder if Gaslight will play right before him on the same stage or on the opposite stage.

I would think tiered pricing and dynamic pricing are different things.

WWWY does tiered pricing, as does most festivals. This is dynamic pricing, totally different. It could literally mean increasing prices to like $900 if there’s enough people trying for tickets

Exactly. First time I’ve heard of a festival doing this.

To be fair I’ve only seen this mentioned on inforoo and a Bruce message board. No word directly from the fest, though.

I think you’re just misunderstanding it. They are doing tiered pricing

Really tempted to get a ticket to the Buffalo show for them and Be Well. Which is perfect because I’ve never been a big iata fan so hooray for being in my 30s and wanting to be in bed at a decent hour!
