Are these the only Kallax backspacers out there?

Was at a conference for work yesterday so just getting around to spinning this beauty!

 

word of advice with these: aside from the massive delays in receiving them (which the seller claims have now been remedied as he now has a new manufacturing and shipping partner), the adhesive placement on these is important since they're smaller. i placed the stickers near the back of the spacer using the "skinny" version with the spacers placed an inch from the back of the shelf because i wanted to have everything flush while also accounting for boxsets and books. while they work great, if you put too much pressure against them, there's a chance the adhesive comes loose and places the spacer at a slight diagonal.

re: alternatives, i'm sure they're out there. i know most people just make their own using a pool noodle or paint sticks.

 

Thanks. Just hearing about the potential for delays already turned me off from attempting to order them. I'll see if I can come up with something homemade.

 

yeah, for what it's worth, they're good products, but if time is a concern, making your own definitely suffices.

Still all quiet on the Bandbox front. Their website is still missing all listings (you can't buy anything). Such a weird situation.

 

That's really a shame...I always enjoyed their pressings and bonus books that they produced.

 

For sure. I've liked all the records I received from them up to this point. I'm more pissed that I can no longer dispute the charges with my credit card company since I ordered two records 6+ months ago.

 

Just as an FYI, there’s a lot of Kallax-like storage on Wayfair that ranges in price that come with a back. I want to say I got a 3x2 unit for like 140.

 

I'm sure they took down all their exclusives so no one buys and adds to their backlog of unfulfilled orders. I am hoping they get their new fulfillment up and running. They still have my Fontaines DC and Alvvays orders.

 

My first shelf was from Wayfair actually but when I recently went to look for the larger versions of my shelf in gray, they were out of stock.

Woof. Mine just came in the mail and I’m feeling the same way. Mock ups aren’t always exact but this is wayyy off haha. Excited to have it though. If the pressing sounds good I may pick up the pinwheel and offload this one

Didn't they just say two weeks ago that they were switching to a new logistics provider and preparing to ship out outstanding orders? Switching logistics providers and bankruptcy proceedings are not the same thing you guys!
