It’s funny, I was actually just thinking about their farewell tour earlier today, how cool of a lineup it was and how I was hoping a similar tour would happen in the further. And then, they announce they’re back…

 

Not to distract from the current conversation but Trapt is on this poster and the fact that it took me three looks to see them makes me so happy

 

still going over the LTL lineup and so far this is my favorite part. They generally do a good job grouping bands together, but right here feels like they threw a dart at the poster to figure out where to insert Lit.

Feel so incredibly lucky to have a festival like four chord literally in my backyard (I live like 10 minutes from Carrie Furnace). They're doing great things and consistently putting awesome lineups together every year. There really doesn't seem like there's another comparable festival in the country right now in that genre of music.

 

Random question about Four Chord: Is there a particular reason Eternal Boy plays every single year? Are they friends with the organizers? Are they themselves the organizers? Are they local? That always catches my eye every year

Rishi, who is the frontman for Eternal Boy, is basically the head guy in charge who runs and organizes the whole thing. They are local to Pittsburgh, yes.

I'd say Adjacent Festival was a large scale version of Four Chord, but unfortunately seems like a one and done.

I keep refreshing this thread thinking that Something Corporate would announce their whole tour today. Oh well.

If their support acts are on Four Chord, it would be really cool if they brought out Relient K and Taylor Acorn. But if their support isn't on the fest.....please be The Starting Line.

it’s also not going to be a standard “tour”. Andrew’s AMA made it sound like a series of weekend shows throughout the year. They’ll fly in, fly out.
