Undone is incredible, so I second that recommendation.

The Underground Railroad is a modern tv masterpiece that didn't get nearly enough love.

Tales from the Loop is a great sci-fi drama anthology and went largely under people's radar.

 

I tried The Underground Railroad but the first episode was too much for me. I couldn’t handle it and never tried again. But I’m sure it’s amazing.
