The sound for Zone is so critical that I'd recommend a theater trip for that alone.

Both are better in theaters, but yea if I could only choose one it would be The Zone of Interest. Killers of the Flower Moon is the better film, but unless you have a top-notch sound system at home you're going to want to catch that in theaters.

After a recent theater experience, I kind of don’t ever want to go back to one again.

I will, of course, but I’ve been kind of pushed to being anti theater now.

Wait, what happened? Because I'm almost with you. People have just gotten so much more dickish in public over the years.

The latest wasn’t major, just kind of the last straw. Basically, just a row of people rolled in last second and talked/goofed around for the first 90 minutes of the movie. There was a mid credits scene and I wasn’t able to hear what was being said because they were so loud during it.

After the past few years of people bringing in strollers to R rated movies, adults letting their kids talk loudly/roam around the theater, and such, I’m just kind of not really wanting to deal with these rude ass people anymore. It’s total first world problems, but going to the theater and live shows are my two main things I like to go and do. And one has been kind of ruined for me.

Both have been ruined for me unfortunately because there's been such a social acceptance recently of people just getting away with terrible attitudes and actions in public. I wish these companies would pay people enough where enforcing social etiquette is actually possible and worth it. Movie theaters can be so understaffed and underpaid that I don't want to risk them getting in a fight because some moron won't shut up during a movie.

  9. I had a fine viewing experience at home for killers of the flower moon

I tend to do weeknight evening movies and rarely have big crowd full of idiots, thankfully.

Ever since the pandemic the local theaters don't do the 9ish p.m. showings on weekdays anymore. I used to really like those.

The was an 8:30pm Monday showing that I bought a ticket for at 7:55pm and was the only person in the theater until 8:40pm and 10 people came as a group and took up the whole back row. Those 10 idiots was all it took.

This is nuts lol, this is like something I would expect to happen with a celebrity playing themself on Curb and getting mad at Larry, not happening in real life

  19. I liked 24 when I was younger but as with everything from that era, 24 episodes is too many!

my bet is that only watermarked versions exist, so any leaks are going to come with a HEAFTY lawsuit for whoever is on that watermark. High chance it never is leaked
