I’ve listened to this more today than I ever listened to starcrossed. This is so good and I’m glad to have this Kacey back.

 

Song is good.

 

Songs great, but star crossed has like, 7-8 really good songs, especially breadwinner. My stance is that it had impossibly high expectations due to golden hour being perfect and being hyped up as a concept album that didn’t deliver, which made most think it was worse than it really was.

 

The run of “Easier Said,” “Hookup Scene,” “Keep Looking Up,” and “What Doesn’t Kill Me” is really wonderful.

 

I think the album art is better than the alternative. This first tune is also really good.
