Didn’t some say the ADTR tour openers were the one of the biggest newer pop punk bands and a band from Massachusetts? Wouldn’t that be The Story So Far and Four Year Strong based on the Four Chord lineup?

 

TSSF, FYS, and Militarie Gun would be an ideal tour package for me

 

Seeing Superchunk in LA tonight and a shirt was $25. I don’t remember the last time I paid only that amount for a shirt lmao

 

Can confirm these 2 from what I know

 

Uhhhhhhhhhh Knocked Loose sold out Terminal 5 which I figured was going to happen but NOT within a day

 

FYS dropping off the Bayside tour makes sense if they are doing the ADTR tour instead.

 

And not Driveways/TSSF/ADTR?

 

LA is already close to sold out and it's a 5k cap venue lol

 

I noticed KL's latest Hate5Six video was crushing everything else recently in view counts. Just an insanely popular band rn

 

I love show me the body and I know that that is such a good tour to get on but I feel like they’re I’ll go over like a lead balloon on that tour hah

 

This would be dope for Driveways but they are touring with Spill Canvas right after this festival.

 

I think it’ll go 50/50 for them

 

I have no actual knowledge on this but I would bet that one of the ????? Bands on day 2 will be from the Bayside/Finch/Armor For Sleep tour.

 

Guessing Neck Deep is the Day 1 ????

I think the "no encore" is a giveaway that it's fake

I like my concerts with no encore

 

The first show I ever went to had an encore and I really believed “wow, our chanting did that :)”

 

I like concerts with no encores but I do appreciate when bands play an encore by fan request that was not planned on the printed setlist nor was part of the other shows of the tour.

The one I always remember was AFI in 2014. It was the last show of the Burials Tour, the band ended a first encore with Silver and Cold, they threw set lists, guitar picks and drumsticks, the venue turn on the light, the band crew was already packing up, and while some fans were already leaving the venue, most of the crowd were still there chanting for the band to come back and they did to play 4 extra songs! They even had to ask for some guitar picks and drumsticks back from the fans that caught them to play with.

 

When I saw the two thirty eight reunion, I believe they did a genuine encore because Chris staples didn’t know how to play the song people were asking him to play and had to like fumble through it haha

 

I was like, "Isn't St. Anger the record everyone hates?"

 

I have been to 250+ shows and have only seen a real encore once. It was The Dangerous Summer at a church in my town.

If anyone else has any “real encore” stories - I’d love to hear them!
