Their newest album is so damn good. Would love for them to come back to the States (maybe hop on Sad Summer?)

I'll gladly eat my shoe if I'm wrong but in my head I think they're popular enough to headline these rooms. I know SOOOOOO many people that are obsessed with SLS that span from teenagers to people in their 40s & I see so much hype for them here as well as other places online, which doesn't happen often.

Kind of a stinker of a line-up with "Dead Kennedys" and "Black Flag" in the mix. Those slots could have gone to younger, more 'current' artists. Hopefully they add artists that offer up a bit more diversity in the next wave because this is uh, yeah. Yuck. They usually do better.

But anyway... The "American Road Trip" part makes me wonder if they'll be expanding this to other states in 2024.

Do they usually try to appeal to a younger crowd? Not a single band on here appeals to someone under 30, and I think that’s the point?

Yes, as a fan he should know they have pretty much ruled touring out.

This thread is so frustrating and hard to get through most times but when MF10 drops a heater. It’s all worth it.

I would argue that, with one exception (the Descendents) it's actually targeting people in the 50+ demo. LOL

It definitely skews a little older. But this feels older than the usual "older" they shoot for.

EDIT: Like, I would argue the line-up last year was targeting the 30+ demo. Maybe a little younger. Goldfinger, the Lawrence Arms, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, the Flatliners, and We Are the Union are all acts that would skew this toward that demo. Drain and Scowl were in the mix too. It's just jarring looking at a line-up with only bands that formed in the 80s or earlier.
