I'm noticing the Code Orange cancelation doesn't mention Sick New World, is it still a good possibility they show up there?

I could see them still doing that

In Philly, $49.50 before fees & $67.88 after. But I paid it

Since we're on the topic of ticket prices once again, I want to see Pvris but right now I can't spend $53 on a ticket like that. I have no idea what stubhub will look like closer to the show but that's probably the only reason I would get one now.

Y'all seriously surprised at $50 tickets for club shows these days?

not surprised but def makes me go to like half the concerts I used to go to. When you only had to pay 20-30 bucks to see an up and coming buzz band, that’s a half a tank vs a whole tank of gas. Shits depressing

$50 for a club show is still kinda shocking. I paid $95 for a Madonna arena show last night.

Acts are absolutely taking advantage of the pricing but I guess we’re the clowns bc we’re all going to keep buying.

$95 for two tickets to The Maine and $96 for two Hot Mulligan tickets at 1000 cap venues was the first real sticker shock I've had in the club world. Gone are the days of $25-$30 plus fees

DIY show prices haven’t really changed. It’s 100% a livenation problem.

Agreed, I've noticed my local independent promoters have been able to keep the 300-1000 cap shows around $15-$30 face value which is great when you can order in person or by phone without online fees. My credit card is dedicated for all Live Nation shows now haha.

most venues have also completely inflated their prices too. So not all on the acts

Cost of running venues has gone up as has cost of touring so, naturally, ticket prices will increase.

$50 no, but $70 after fees yeah absolutely. Inflation happens, but that doesn't warrant a 40% increase

Hardcore bands opening pop punk tours is awesome. TSSF/STYG/Rotting Out/Such Gold was one of the most fun shows I’ve ever been to regardless of genre. Loved with CBK would open for SYG/FYS back in the day.
