Took this album on a run. I finally made it to my block when the fade out of Pol Roger started. Couldn't have been more perfect.

 

Woah woah, I definitely mentioned Frank Ocean and Okkervil! Haha, good additions though.

 

Oh my god that Pitchfork review of "Futures" is laughable. Actually laughed out loud at the following quote..

"Futures is like a rotten onion, revealing layer upon layer of foulness."

 

Idk if it's just the name but Pretty Grids sounds like a JEW take on the new Cymbals album.

It's like, he's a YouTube reviewer, he doesn't have to review anything he knows going in he won't like. It's not like he works for a magazine or something and he gets assigned things to review. It's one thing to go into something with an open mind and wind up hating it; it's another thing entirely to make and edit a whole video just trashing something he pre-judged already.

Also, like why was that video necessary? I mean, really.
