The bright side for the Spurs is that they have had one of the hardest schedules in the league to start the season. The bad news is while it does get a little easier, they are in one of the tougher divisions and it's not going to get that much easier.

Although Giannis rightfully deserves the ball, the whole scene looks like the aftermath of a pickup game where someone’s upset that another person left with their ball.

I would have desperately wanted the ball too, but also would have been great if Giannis just chilled and then roasted the Pacers in the press conference about being petty enough to take the game ball. Missed a real opportunity to comment on their immaturity as a team, etc…
