For whatever it's worth, I saw Jarrod at warped this summer. He's not really a guy that a lot of people would probably recognize because even if you like some of his videos you may not realize who he is. Yet when I said what's up he was a huge dick and acted like he was above me. He can fuck off.

I saw KP at skate and surf like 13' I think and people were throwing the free slim Jims on the stage as a joke and the lead singer was upset threw it back and kept saying to stop doing it. Obviously it was a dumb move by the crowd but just let it go finish the set lol

They've swapped out Scared & Sorry, Last Semester, Thanks For The Ride for Anchor (IIOI cover), Chaser and I Wanted So Badly To Be Brave

    So that's the second set

    Things have changed.

Throwing things on stage is not a joke, though.

Yikes, I hope Detroit gets the first set. I was excited to hear Scared & Sorry and Last Semester live again. Pretty lame they're playing a cover instead IMO.

funny seeing all these people defend KP for artistic integrity when LITERALLY a year ago they were on a do not support list for the No Good News issue..

they overreacted rather than letting it go like adults. The whole thing would have never gotten press if the band never blew up and stated throwing false accusations. Just let it be and it will disappear back into obscurity.

it was a shirt... with a pretty harmless joke on it

whole thing doesn't change my opinion on their music, or them as people

    music is all we got

Wow that's kind of a bummer IMO. I love Chaser and Wanted So Badly but nowhere near as much as I love Scared & Sorry, Last Semester, and Thanks For The Ride. And a cover? Yeesh. I'm going to Portland and Seattle so hopefully I'll get to hear the first set at least once.

Their cover of Anchor rips though. One of the few covers that I'd say is better than the original.

I've given up hope of leaving a TWY show unscathed and have just accepted the fact that I will probably get injured in some way :crylaugh:

I hope they keep that setlist. Fences > Gold Rush. Also hope they add Wall to Wall, haven't heard that one live

Kind of surprised they still play Gold Rush. Not complaining though, that's one of my favorite KP songs.

They seem like one of those bands who don't have a problem with playing any of their songs, kinda like NFG.

Yeah, I just never saw it as one of their more prominent songs that they'd throw it in live so much, but I always love hearing it.

Crowd definitely went nuts for it last night, so makes sense for me. I thought Stateside was kinda the not so prominent song in the set, even though it's a great song of course.
