This is your life, are you who you want to be?

That Blink Bored to Death remix was also awful IMO. Though I'm not a big fan of that scene to begin with.

It has a fanbase I'm sure. Definitely not my vibe so I'm unaffected I suppose, but fuck it, Yellowcard is back and I'm staying tuned.

  3. Yeah I really don't think this is for the die hard fans. I'm all about Yellowcard getting that bread and exposing them to a potentially new fanbase. The band has earned my trust 1,000 times over.

@williamryankey Congrats my man! Hope your Christmas with your family is that much sweeter this year! We are having a heathy girl at the beginning of March after losing our last child in 2020... It feels so surreal to be at this point again in our lives.

Pumped for the remix. So stoked for Ryan and fam. So excited for what lies ahead in 2024 in beyond.

It’s a good day in YC land.

Its a journey. Grief is a weird pill to swallow. We lost her 3 days after she was born. She was our second, we have a son who is 6 and OBSESSED with Star Wars.

Its definitely alot harder on parents who have bonded more over time with their kids. In our situation, we didnt have alot of time with her, but the constant What Ifs always flood my mind. When I listen to Ten, it brings everything back and is super emotional...

This next chapter for our family is gonna be incredible, and I definitely wont take anything for granted.

We lost our oldest last year at 24. I was in his life since he was 14. His brother was involved in the accident that took his life, and it just completely fucked us up and shattered our family and reality. We won't ever be the same. I do feel like i did a lot of healing and self-realization/acceptance of things this past year (which did help prepare me for losing my brother just a few months ago too). It hurts every morning I wake up, but I put both my feet on the ground and tell myself I'm still here, so I have to make the best of my time on Earth since they're not here to do so anymore. The phrase I've used daily ever since it happened is "A day at a time".

I say all of that to tell you to cherish every. single. moment. No matter how big or small it may seem in the moment, it all comes flooding back to you when they're gone. Every missed opportunity, every celebration, the good and the bad, it all comes up in my mind on a daily basis. I have regrets about not being involved as much as I'd have liked to during my college years, but I'm proud of the way we raised them both, and I wouldn't trade that experience for anything in the world. I get upset we're not going to grow older together (11-year age difference), as our relationship matured a lot after he became an adult, and I feel he had wisdom beyond his years. I'd give anything for just one more conversation. I learned no one has this parenting thing figured out, but make the best of it that you can, and everything else will fall into place.

I wish you peace for your loss and I hope your journey forward in childrearing is full of positive and heartwarming experiences. You deserve nothing but good things after what you've been through.

Not for me but TBS wouldn't have worked with Tushar if they didn't work with Aoki so I shall give him Aoki a lifetime pass and it's cool he wants to work with these bands

I'm not sure I understand the hate for Aoki. Did he do something or is it just people not liking remixes?

He just does the most generic version of electronic music.
