Would love to see Smash.

 

Probably not gonna be a whole tour but a one off show in the OC makes sense for them.

 

I went to the Smash 20th tour and it was fun. It was with Bad Religion and Stiff Little Fingers. Hopefully the 30th will also have some quality support.

 

I saw them at the OC Fair about a decade ago (before I even moved here) where they played that album. I had a blast. That was formative album for me. I’d love to see it again

Obviously, this bill doesn’t solve everything, but this is something for us to monitor.

 

I imagine they’ll have a few classic SoCal punk groups on the lineup. If they’re playing the Honda Center for a hometown show, they gotta go big

 

I could see them doing a major market tour for Smash's anniversary. Obviously wouldn't all be in venues of that size but the last tour seemed to do pretty okay and there'll be plenty of nostalgia for 1994 in the air next year...

Unless they plan on taking time off, I'm just not sure why they wouldn't do an album play run?

 

Wonder if they’ll pull an AFI and do a “one time and one time only” sort of thing

It took me a solid minute to try and figure out who The Dirty Nil was co-headlining with

 

Bummer this is only in Europe

 

They are working on booking a North America tour as well. Don’t know about anywhere else.

when the website went up the other day it said that they where announcing eu/uk soon and still working on the na tour

 

We need to start having the conversation of Microwave being one of the best emo/ emo adjacent bands of the last decade. I’m so tired of Mom Jeans/ Mobo / pdaddy being revered while Microwave goes relatively unappreciated

 

I thought they’d blow up by now, tbh

 

That Fighters run is super cool for Nova Twins!

 

Still waiting on the Foo Fighters/Cleveland date that Rocket Mortgage Field House teased two months ago...
