Visions of Mana looks incredible from the teaser. I should probably get around to playing my copy of the Trials remake at some point now that it's been a hot minute since I played the SNES version.

I played about 6 hours of Lego Fortnite today with my cousins and honestly I enjoyed it for the most part.

I know it’s essentially just Minecraft Fortnite version but like I had a bunch of fun and some of the mechanics are cool.

 

I agree, it's a shame SM2 didn't get anything but this was one fuckin stacked year of games.

I'm also waiting for a sale on AW2, I'm not paying full price for a digital game.

I don't even like Fortnite but it's Lego so I'm thinking of trying it. Like that new PS+ game for this month.....2K drive? I dunno I'm not even a fan of racing games but I got it cuz Lego and it's alright.

 

I can’t imagine playing BG3 with a controller

I played BG3 on a controller because my butt hurt and I wanted to lay on the couch.

It was perfectly fine after 10 minutes of adjustment.

 

I messed around with Lego drive yesterday, it’s a cute little kart racer

 

Glad Zelda took home best action/adventure and that Alan Wake got a few awards.

Highlights for me were the budokai tenkaichi 4 and Jurassic park trailers.

 

Mana and JP were cool and there's a bunch of indie games I'm excited about like Pony Island 2 and the Golden Idol sequel, but the real treat for an old school gamehead like me?

So that one tweet teasing an Xbox announcement that they should stay off the internet for was Blade or OD? Kinda surprised that was the rumor they were referring to.

Geoff still sucks but I felt like it was a good show overall. WAY too long and the pacing on the back half was dreadful. Looking forward to the Kjoima Game, all the Sega remasters, BG3 on Xbox, BLADE!!! and Brothers remake. I am sure I am missing a few others. I am really looking forward to Harmonium and got a lot of Mr. Hollands Opus vibes from it. Amazing and beautiful movie if you haven't seen it.

 

Just finished watching it because I’m sick, fell asleep, and missed it live. Really excited about a lot of the announcements. It continues to be an absolute joke of an awards show though. Idk why they are even pretending they care about the awards part

 

Naoki Yoshida is so wonderful, when everyone's expectations for Final Fantasy are "expect and always assume delays" he not only cranks out 16 without a hitch but announces same day DLC. What a time.

Metaphor and the Jurassic Park game looked insane. Jet Set Radio has me thrilled. Cautiously excited for OD. There was a lot of stuff throughout that looked great. The AW2 musical performance was everything. As someone who just can't get into Monster Hunter though, seeing a Monster Hunter trailer for 2025 as the big ending reveal was a letdown but stoked for people who like it.

Ben Starr got robbed though and Cyberpunk as ongoing game was such a wtf moment

 

Y’all might have talked about this but I really do not feel like catching up on the pages I missed. Lol

What do we think the timeline is with OD and Death Stranding 2? I imagine DS2 will come first and OD is probably years away. Or do we think he’s actually making both at the same time?
