There are a few movies on my watchlist only available on Mubi but I wasn’t sure how legit it was. Guess I’ll have to consider signing up

 

Haven’t seen Saltburn or Maestro yet but I hard agree with this.

 

That's kind of a strange comment. I haven't seen Maestro but A Star is Born was good.

I've not seen a Star is Born either. Granted it's because I'm not fond of Cooper and the story doesnt interest me lol

 

A Star Is Born is one of those movies where I feel like I watch something completely different from everyone else. Everyone I talk to loves it. It did close to nothing for me.

 

Lady Gaga is a bad actress

 

She was awful in House of Gucci but everyone was. It was like Scott gave no notes and every actor just made up their own approach to the film.

Gaga’s a great host on SNL and I thought she was solid in A Star Is Born. Also, did not care A Star Is Born, but think Cooper did a good job directing.

 

Shallow is one of the best Oscar winning songs ever and there's very few that can compete.
