  1. Yep. I honestly love that it splits the difference between his usual vocal style and something more subdued. Feels very somber and meditative. I think the Fork did it a little dirty.

I guess he is hip hop adjacent but I loved teezo touchdown’s features but could never get into his music

I was watching the camp flog gnaw live set he did and I loved his set a bunch so I gave the album another try and it finally clicked

  6. Damn, yeah this Danny Brown record is great. I’m not always super into his projects but I think him breaking up the typical vocal style is really working for me

  7. Scaring the Hoes is also one of the year's best and I'm not typically a superfan of either, he's 2 for 2 this year

I finally got around to spinning that new Earthgang, it's good but the first song is the most blatant Frank Ocean ripoff lmao. they were pretty bold with that one

apparently been outta the loop with them cos I didn't even know their last album had a deluxe, will check I guess

Love seeing a producer who doesn't rap becoming such a hip-hop star in his own right, Metro deserves everything he's getting right now

Surprised billy woods isn’t on mine considering how much I’ve listened to him and Armand Hammer. No surprise Alc being number one, though.

Two of my top songs being comedy songs is odd though haha

its long and inconsistent but still. Long Story Short and Oprah are two of the best songs I've heard all year

Definitely like the Wayne/Chainz tape more than the Ross/Meek one but I like both. Both are too long and inconsistent but a lot of fun
