1 was good, 2 was even better. This film having Shadow is making the hype even bigger. I just need to see Jim Carrey on set and the hype train can start rolling.

 

I don’t really have anything negative to say about Carrey as Robotnik, but I wouldn’t be opposed to him sitting one out.

 

I thought he was sitting this one out? Maybe it’s 4 if they make it

 

I mean, if Robotnik isn't in it, who is the villain? The villain is always Robotnik. Even when the villain isn't Robotnik, the villain is Robotnik.

 

Shadow

 

No, but see, Shadow is the fakeout. Shadow is the character that exists to make you think they're the villain, and then the true villain (Robotnik) is revealed, and everyone puts aside their differences to stop the true villain.

Yeah Shadow has never been just a villain. He’s more of an anti-hero, that is used as puppet for eggman. If Jim doesn’t return as eggman then idk who will be behind the scenes of it all

 

There doesn’t have to be someone behind it all. Shadow can be the villain of the movie and see the error of his ways at the end. I obviously have no clue what the movie is doing, but they can do just Shadow for this film if they choose to do so.

It’s what Star Wars should have done with episode 9.

That tracks, Shadow seems like the kind of guy that would be irritated by sand in his shoes.

 

That would be cool. I’m really glad he has had a comeback and been embraced by the SW fandom. And that it made him interested in doing more acting. I guess we shall see if this is true sooner than later?
