I knew they had to do it. The demand was just too high

Lmao fr. I don’t even think $600-$800 would be reasonable for a festival headlined by Rolling Stones

The good thing about the way they do the whole thing is that they essentially put the whole thing on shuffle. So the "meh" album will be mixed around with a bunch of the stronger album cuts.

  4. they're playing Salt Lake City too, according to another leak

they could come back to chicago and sell out the salt shed again, no doubt. they probably wont but just saying, they can print money right now.

    Things have changed.

Expect mostly B-markets but also some As.

I figured. No California dates, I’m assuming?

I doubt they repeat markets but that'd be an excellent show for Forest Hills in NYC

    No kids and double income.

This. No kids and two solid incomes. It doesn’t help that we get hit with the gay tax on every vacation but no kids makes a major difference with disposable income.

    "Gay Tax"?

I should note that my wife and I live in pretty much the most expensive place in the world but some of the high costs are offset by not having to deal with a car and the associated costs that come with having one.

I'm single with no kids and make (not great, but) decent money. I guess a 2nd full time income would give me a lot more wiggle room but I still can't fathom spending $1400 on a pair of tickets to see ANY band.

It’s a perfect day for letting go... Supporter

The most I’ve ever spent on a single ticket to see a band is 125 dollars to see OutKast in 2014

I go to most shows alone (Mrs. Phil only attends when it's an act she really likes) so that cuts down on costs too.

Hotels, bars, excursions and restaurants in popular gay vacation locales usually have a higher price tag than equivalent spots in other travel areas.

Puerto Vallarta, Palm Springs, Sitges, Key West, Provincetown, Fire Island, Mykonos, etc. The price for a gay exclusive resort in those places will usually run you considerably more than an equivalent non-gay exclusive resort. Going to Provincetown during Bear week in July, it’s about 30-40% more expensive to rent a house than other weekends and restaurants jack up their prices.

The cost of a gay cruise compared to an equivalent Royal Caribbean is at minimum 50% more. They take advantage of the double income, no kids clientele.

Getting a drink in the Zona Romantico in PVR is usually more than walking a couple blocks and going to the cruise ship touristy area.

No judgement. I spend boatloads of money on weed and other frivolous things. Everyone spends money on something that other people might not.

y'all just need to get into crust punk and grindcore and spend $15 to see a show in back of a squat or a reptile store. more economical in the scope of things.
