Funny thing is. Georgia doesn't really have to win this game

Umm, yes they do? If they lose this then next week is a must win. A win in this clinches a playoff spot for them.

honestly losing to this GT team might be disqualifying even if they beat bama lol

The wash vs texas debate would be interesting but i think winning the conference is the tie break. Texas win @ bama and them avenging their only loss.

I think wash vs oregon is a play in game.

Georgia wins tonight and they're in. Michigan is in. PAC-12 winner is in. FSU wins out and they're in. Alabama beats Georgia and I think they're in over Texas, as they should be.

What a stupid, stupid penalty by Florida.

Ugh fuck me with that penalty. These last three games have been brutal. Not because we had any business winning any of them. But because we held leads or been within a field goal in the fourth quarter in all of them against teams that will end up in the top-10 of the final rankings. Season finishes up exactly as predicted from August.

I don’t care how good the recruiting class is, Napier has shown time and time again that he is not doing a good job preparing this team every week.

kinda interesting this since they were far and away the best away fans at Neyland this year

    The rivalry is back on

    Updated

We’re realistically probably down to a Michigan, Georgia/Alabama, Washington/Oregon, Florida St/Texas playoff, with a small opportunity for controversy if the latter 2 both lose

Great that Michigan won. Idk why but I will always dislike Ohio State just a liiiiiittle but more than Michigan.

Day will definitely be on the hot seat for losing 3 in a row to Michigan as that always seems weirdly more important than anything else (for both schools), and of course losses are losses, but they were essentially 1 or 2 plays away from getting to the NC and likely would have crushed TCU. At the very least, they gave Georgia their toughest win/game. But again, that was last year and close losses don’t mean shit. So, fuck ‘em. Let them fire Day and hire someone (or keep him) who goes 6-6 every year for the next decade.

Don't recreate the scene, or reinvent the meanings Supporter

I’m not an OSU fan, but come on with the pretender stuff. If OSU are pretenders than what has MSU been? We can not like a program and be objective at the same time.

Who is the name out there that is a clear and immediate upgrade from Day, in coaching, staff assembly, and recruiting that makes sense at OSU? I don’t know that that coach is out there at this time. Change for the sake of change is just as bad (or worse) than complacency among the top tier of programs in college football.

MSU has been terrible. I can think that OSU are pretenders/chokers and think my own team is trash.

I don’t know off the top of my head who they should get, but if OSU is comfortable losing again to Michigan, missing/losing in the playoffs again, then more power to them
