For sure. And that’s it limited to one state. Just think about that for a second, all this is coming out because one state opened it up. Just imagine if there was jurisdiction no matter where the abuse happened or where the people live. Catholic Church would probably be sued to oblivion, rightfully so.

That's what I was thinking. Did their last tour do that poorly that they'd break up? Feels like they still have a pretty strong following.

I think their album from earlier this year definitely did worse than Wake Up Sunshine at least chart wise, and it didn't have any breakout single like Monsters from what I know. Don't think it was due to any of the situation though, they just made a bad album that flopped.

 

Someone I know had ATL as one of these top, if not their most played artist of 2023 and I was severely disappointed.

Not to derail the thread but for some reason Reddit keeps showing me posts by people in the Falling in Reverse subreddit (think that’s the band name with the shithead rapist singer) who share that they’ve spent like 30,000 minutes this year listening to them and I would like these people to have some type of branding done on their foreheads so I know to avoid those kinds of people (although I assume I would never come in to contact with people that listen to that band anyway lol)
