ummmmm....am I out of the loop? Why are there only 2 sisters?

 

One had a baby and decided to bow out of the group for a bit. Not sure if she's planning to come back.

 

Hell yeah this is very good so far. Stacked release day but don’t forget them!

 

Enjoyed this on first listen, but definitely felt the most... straightfoward? Good Woman was such a HUGE album with so many standout tracks, feels like with only two of them the harmonies aren't quite as good

 

need to give this a listen still

 

They’re doing some interesting things with the feel of the songs though. “So Gracefully” was a real standout, you could use those same chords and synth to make a lazy summer song. I also think the lyrics stepped up, especially on the back half.

 

That's good to hear, maybe it'll grow in subsequent listens then

 

Idk if they’ll ever hit the highs of If I Was again, but on first listen, this feels like it might stick for me more than the last one did
