Whatever happened with that one YouTube girl where everyone thought she was in trouble?

 

Marina Joyce? From what I've gathered, police visited her a few times and confirmed she was fine. She's continued posting videos and that's about it.

 

I read somewhere that her fans did it as a publicity stunt and it worked. She went from like 800,000 subs to 2 million.

Now she's been weirding people out with being a goddess and wanting to build a temple in Brazil (don't quote me on Brazil). She gives fans all the ammo they need really.

 

I'm old so my mind went to thinking you were referring to Jessi Slaughter. Throwback!

Anyone able to recommend some podcasts other than S&S? Not sure if I can continue supporting Boudet's erratic behavior. Whether it's true crime or just creepy stuff, whatever would be cool. Thanks!

 

I've been getting into my favorite murder, its generally more of a humor podcast, but I love how the stories are told mostly from a personal perspective. Also have heard great things about Last Podcast on the Left.

We knew it would happen sooner or later. Smh.

 

I went on a ghost tour last night in Savannah at 9pm. This town is wonderful after dark and can be very creepy.

EDIT: going on another tour tonight of the Sorrel-Weed House which has been featured in Ghost Adventures and Ghost Hunters(and other shows).

 

How long are you in Savannah for?

Look really hard into the window right above the doorstep for Sorrel. I swear I saw something there the 2 times I went on the tour.

 

Yesterday, today, and leaving tomorrow at some point. Wanted a longer stay but want able to schedule that out.

Just reviewed the photos I took of the house..... nothing. :/

It's going to take me a year to watch all the YouTube videos I'm subscribed to. I think it's been like 2 months.

 

I don't know how I'm just hearing about this for the first time considering I'm in Columbus quite a bit and this happened 10 years ago, but this story has consumed me for the past 12 hours and it's been all I can think about. For whatever reason, ABC Columbus reported a non-update about it last night on Facebook. Brian's second cousin was commenting on it saying she has reason to believe Brian is alive and well. But this whole story is crazy. Was giving me chills last night for hours while researching the topic.

Just read up on that. Super weird. Really curious what happened to him. Perhaps something to do with the construction site there? Idk.

Disappearance stories like this are especially creepy for me. Like, how can people just vanish like this.

 

I'm going to be in Columbus for work Sunday through Tuesday. Definitely gonna hit up The Ugly Tuna Saloona to see if I can find any clues, ha.
