I struggled with placing the new songs quite yet, and it's hard for me to place ANYTHING from 59 Sound or Slang below the top half.

I consider myself a Get Hurt apologist of the highest order, but when you actually do this exercise, you see that at least half that album, even though great, ends up bottom tier in the overall ranks. I think, for me, History Books will be similar, even though I do really dig it.

The top 15 and bottom 15 are pretty easy but godDAMN the middle part is hard.

The bottom 4 songs being the only songs I truly dont like. This was extremely difficult at times. History books are still quite fresh but whatever, a fun exercise. Room Above Her seems immediately too low.

This feels pretty right for me. I hate Mama's Boys and I have such a soft spot for the whole Senor EP so i'm not shocked seeing it so high. Have Mercy is far lower than it should be. That's one I'd manually boost but oh well.

ive read through longer stuff on this website that was 300x more of a waste of my time

 

I just scroll by and if something catches my eye I notice but no I'm not reading them

my caveat is that History Books is new and I haven't listened to anything but spare tracks before The '59 Sound in like five years at least. looking at this list... what a damn band though.
