Has anybody here gotten their vinyl yet? Wondering if there are any "goodies" in there or if it's just the disc in a sleeve? Thinking about picking it up on my way home from work.

Doubtful. With the set they played tonight and the 2024 stadium tour they announced at the show they will be just fine.

Holy shit. Really quite blown away by the album tracks on this one. Anthem Pt 3, Terrified, WWWY, Blink Wave, Bad News, Turpintine, Otherside and Childhood are ALL fucking great. Never thought that the back end especially would be this strong or consistent.

Big fan of Turpentine - can feel that one being a bit of an all time fave Blink song for me. It's juvenile, angsty and silly but still has some really cool shit going on musically. Basically everything I want from a modern Blink song.

Also want to give a big shoutout to Childhood. Much of that song is totally different to anything they've ever done before - has a kind of spacey, indie vibe in the verses that almost reminds me of Tame Impala or Underwater Boi by Turnstile, then there's the Anamanguchi outro. Love that they're still pushing the boat out and hope, if they do another album, they feel comfortable to experiment more and get even further outside of their comfort zone.

My favourite Blink album is Dude Ranch and I absolutely love the 2nd half of that (Apple Shampoo -> I'm Sorry) and in a weird way the second half of OMT reminds me of that. Just a great mixture of songs that all standout in their own unique way.

If enjoying a Blink record in 2023 made me feel a little more youthful, Chorus members not clocking that reference brought me right back up to my age

This album is absolutely amazing. Anthem Part 3, WWWY, Blink Wave, Turpentine, OMT

Even Fell in love is a bop.

Can't wait to to go for a drive this weekend and soak this album in.

Edit: can I also add - I fucking love this community. My happiest place on the internet right now.

just noticed the "voice inside my head" lyric in Blinkwave, surely it must be a breach of some legal requirement that they should always pronounce it "voice inside my yead" if that lyric ever crops back up in a blink song

I think my biggest “criticisms” I have of the record is that there could be some more Mark only songs (the ones we have are very good) and the album could’ve been a bit trimmed. Not because the songs that made the cut are bad but to make it a bit more tight.

Apart from the joke songs I think terrified would be a better non-album track. But I also get how they wanted to stuff this with songs.

Hard not to get emotional listening to this for the first time. Love everything but god damn Childhood is perfect.

As someone who loves California and Nine and think they are great albums, man this one is just on a whole other level. Bravo.

    England.

Blown away. Could be the best record they've ever put out.

Turpentine, Blink Wave and When We Were Young are some early standouts for me.

This album may be one of my favorite things they've ever done. So happy to have a modern day blink album that is also really great.

I don’t think I’ll be ever able to take it over holy trinity but it is solid 4 spot as of now.

LOVE this Blink Wave is the beast.

I had wondered if that was Travis in Fell In Love. That song grew on me a lot.

Other Side sounds a bit like Even If She Falls with that riff although it has a different note at the end.

    Thought it sounded familiar!
