Been on 17.0.3 since a few hours after it became available. Battery life isn’t horrible, just not as good as it was on 17.0.2

Anyone on the Sonoma 14.1 beta know if they fixed the 60-album limit for Recently Added on the Music app? Not upgrading to Sonoma (till at least January) if they don't fix it.

I’m thinking that freezing app drawer glitch was from an app. Hasn’t happened in a while knock on wood.

I really hope the update fixes the battery life because being at 30% at the end of the day with me barely using my phone is not gonna fly lol

thought I was going crazy, yea it’s been brutal. I’ll probably wait for the next update though, fortunately it hasn’t been a practical issue.

  9. come to think of it, mine dropped 30% earlier with little use in a short amount of time. I’ll have to pay closer attention to it until .1 is out.

    I also have a 14 Pro running 17.0.3.

fantastic device, make sure you upgrade the RAM to 16 and the HDD to 512GB and that thing will last you a decade.

You don’t have to. What are you planning to do with it?

Jeez that’s midnight here. Not sure I’ll stay up for that but bring on the M3 Macs.

    Hopefully a new display?

Apple backs Biden's push for right-to-repair law

Apple also on Tuesday said it would make parts, tools and documentation needed to fix its iPhones and computers available to independent repair shops and consumers nationwide, a move that could help push other companies to follow suit.

Do or do not, there is no try.

I’m a fan of Apple TV+ and some of its shows have been my favourite of the past few years but.. $9.99 (assuming £9.99 in the UK) for a fairly limited catalogue in comparison to others is quite steep.

Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and Apple News+ Receiving Price Increases

At least in the UK, there’s constant trials being offered even for existing customers. In fact I’ve never actually paid a month and I’ve had it since launch. On one hand it makes paying it less painful when the time comes. I can’t see it bringing in new customers though if they weren’t biting at £6.99. (I don’t know how popular it is here, they could just like dishing out promotions)
