I love this band so fucking much

I'll listen to the single tomorrow but I actually love the album art, it's super clean looking

Didn't realize I'd be getting to hear new Trio and new Fucked Up tonight. I feel spoiled right now. Haha.

 

This will be my first Alk3 album release as a full-fledged fan. I’m friggin’ ready.

 

Fun track, doesn't break the mold at all but it's pretty good

Blink back together is cool and all but this is the real gift

 

Hearing a cleaner version now, like it even more. As I said before very classic Trio feel, but all the extra soft vocals in the background spread through the song give it a fresh feel for them, and also the quieter bridge as well. I'm sure I'm just forgetting but I can't really remember a Trio a song using that quieter vocals and vocal effects on any of their bridges before, so that was a nice little touch.

Loving the little "sleep like the undead, like the undead" melody lol

 

Getting a big Good Mourning vibe from the guitar, reminds me of All on Black. I love Skiba’s delivery of “cut me some slack, I almost died.” Overall, this is a great Trio single.

 

Seems weird that this isn't up on their official youtube channel yet haha

 

Love this song so much. So glad to have new Trio in our lives again

I’m guessing Dan will have the closing track

 

I always like playing "guess the singer" based on the titles lol.

The rotation of closers got messed up with ITTC, so maybe Dan is due, but I will say....Broken Down in a Time Machine sounds like a Dan track based off some of those Bygones titles, and Teenage Heart could go either way haha

 

This gets better with every spin, and it was great right off the bat. Love this band.

I literally que'd up Mercy Me for a quick little jam before I saw the new single.

New trio is always welcome especially in October.
