Well, there is a reasoning behind that. Almost all of these bands play a certain type of music that is just not for me.

 

Someone on the Foo Fighters subreddit posted a leaked social media post for a Grand Rapids venue(Van Andel Arena, September 2024). The other screenshot lists the presale dates times.

 

No movement on the rumored Blink 182/Twenty One Pilots tour I assume?

 

New 2 day festival coming to Huntsville Alabama in 2025. It Will be a c3 fest with a 30k daily capacity. It will be the last Saturday in September or the weekend before acl. Voting on it is next Tuesday. If approved The contract is for 3 years 2025-2027

LA-area peoples, iHeartRadio Alter Ego announcing on this Tue. I guess this has more or less taken the KROQ festivals out of commission.

 

Dates should be Monday with the on sale for the foo fighters fan club being Tuesday.

 

There hasn’t been Kroq fests since like 2019/pre covid.

 

Very interested to see how this goes if approved, since the Orion Amphitheater seems to be doing better than I thought it would.

They did an Almost Acoustic Christmas in 2022 but the station's pull for big name talent seems to have completely evaporated. Alter Ego had Red Hot Chili Peppers, Muse, Jack White, Fall Out Boy, etc. KROQ had Imagine Dragons and The Black Keys as headliners.
