  1. If those songs had been on Dude Ranch, they'd be among some of the best songs on there though.

  2. Devaluing a song because it has co-writers and saying "cringe" makes this a pretty silly comment haha.

Hope you have the same energy for the co-writes on this album!

  4. If the Reddit hive mind that thinks co-writers are bad didn't know that any Blink songs had co-writers, would they love California and Nine as much as anything else? Probably.

I guess since Dude Ranch is even better Cheshire isn't really a true "peak" or whatever but I include it in the run through untitled as an excellent five album stretch of Cheshire-DR-Enema-TOYPAJ-Untitled. Great album great songs, got me into Bad Religion and the Descendents, opened up an incredible world of skate punk

Finish that thought. What you said really makes no sense whatsoever.

  7. I've been watching this interview this morning and this particular part reminded me of "Feeling This" and it made me chuckle.

So looks like the Stall has another trick up its sleeve. The clock now flashes 9:21PM after you click it and listen to the clips.

They genuinely have no idea what they're talking about.

Dude, here's one. Yesterday someone said they didn't like DWM because the 'lyrics were repetitive.' I said well they're paying homage to The Ramones, which repeated lyrics all the time. His response was 'Opinions man, we’re all entitled to them. If it’s a homage that’s fine, that doesn’t make it a great song. Pretty lazy and repetitive lyrics." - so he just ignored everything I said because he decided they repeated lyrics? Which they've also done a million times?

I think I like nearly all the bonus tracks on California Deluxe more than anything on Nine. Though I guess Good Old Days is just as Meh as Happy Days.

Blink has had repetitive lyrics their entire career haha. Some people just need to complain about SOMETHING and they don’t actually think before they speak haha.

    Nevermind - got an explanation:
"they tried to revert the code so that it went back to showing a blinking 12:00, and then flipping to 1:82 when it plays the clips. However, they forgot to update the part that sets the clock back to 12:00 after the clips play. That code sets the clock back to 9:21, which is what it displayed at some point a while ago as a hint that OMT/MTYK were releasing on 9/21"

Co-writers are an inherently bad thing. That's why I threw EOTS through Untitled in the garbage the second I heard that Jerry Finn wrote parts of those albums instead of just plugging in Tom's guitar and getting the band coffee.

The list would be VERY long of artists that have repetitive lyrics. It's pop punk

They need to go back to writing non-repetitive hooks like "First Date" and "All The Small Things"

  16. It's weird, most songs, sometimes two or three times, say the same four lines over and over again. I wonder if that part of a song has a name?

The ironic thing is that the same Redditors complaining about repetition would probably have 0 problem with Tom reusing the exact chorus melody from "Everything's Magic" for the fourth time. I cannot figure out the way those people's brains work.

There’s even a website named after the concept! Verse.com or something.

I really hope Dance With Me does well. It honestly might be as good as any of their singles (other than Feeling This, of course).
