Blink-182 – “Dance With Me” Video

This is gonna be yuuuuuuuuuge

 

Out of all the previews from weeks ago when they had the radio play snippets from some of the new songs coming out, this was the one I was most hyped for.

Happy to report that it delivered. I loved the song, and music video was a fun watch as well.

The pre-chorus is great, but overall this one's not doing much for me. Loved the last two though.

 

fav of the bunch so far. could do without the masturbation line at the beginning though. all about the comedic element of the band but I just wanna listen to the song haha

 

Damn, this song is an absolute heater!

 

Yeah, I love the song, but that part of the song makes it a bit awkward to share.

Same here on both the favorite song and the masturbation line. I'd love to share this song with my 7-year-olds, but I can't do that until they (hopefully) release a clean version.

 

The band needs to copy rappers. You put "interlude" tracks between songs with jokes/skits/commentary/whatever so they can be easily skipped.

 

Tom would advise to just have fun with it

 

Not discounting concerns when I say that you can slap it in GarageBand (or something) and snip it and cut it in 30 seconds.

Anyway. Favorite song so far.

 

I used to do this kind of thing back when I used iTunes but I have gone full blown streaming once Rdio/Spotify came out

 

I mean, this is Blink...they've never been a clean band/kids band
Out of all the heinous things other artists say in songs..this is light.
Anyway, this is a fun song. Nothing I'll be consistently jammin to though.
Fantastic track to hype up the very near album drop date!

 

It appears that I have wet my pants.

 

I like it okay. Doesn't really feel like a blink song, feels more like blink trying to sound like some of the contemporary pop punk bands like something Feldman would produce. Same thing with the last song, the one that wasn't "one more time".

But then again, with it being so long since they've released music as a trio, saying "doesn't really feel like a blink song" doesn't really apply or make sense anymore, and I need to stop expecting self-titled era-like music.

I can’t imagine being such a cuck that a comedic intro that the bands has always done offends you. They literally sing about fucking a Dog in the ass and everyone loves it.

 

I can't imagine using the work "cuck" unironically in 2023.

 

Amazing. Had this on repeat since 3pm U.K. time. This is as gold any classic blink single and maybe it’s because it’s fresh, but I think this is a stronger pop punk single than rock show and first date. Love the pre chorus and outtro, gang vocal chorus, the energy is off the charts.

maybe I need to give it a few days and see if what I’ve said still makes sense haha

More Than You Know is still my favorite of the ones released thus far
