Color Out of Space tonight (Gore-Us Lovecraftian pick)

 

Finished up Haxan tonight. Takes some patience but well worth the endeavor. Truly a marvel of filmmaking and some insane ambition from the director

 

Can we watch our MST3K pick with riffs? Trying to do this thing by the books, lol

 

I technically said without. But I’m cool with riffs especially if you haven’t seen said episode before.

 

Hah, I remembered and that's why I asked. I own the episode on DVD, but I believe I've only seen it once and don't really remember anything. I'm just a big classic MST3K fan. It's perfect bedtime watching.

Demon Knight was pretty fun, always down for practical effects and gore in that vein.

 

This one was a lot of fun.

Did Knock at the Cabin tonight for Hooptober apocalypse movie slot. Didn’t hate it!

I used to think this was the horniest horror movie I ever watched but then I watched From Beyond.

 

Listening to the Dark Harvest audio book, it's not very good. It's a cool concept, so I'm still interested in the movie. I just don't like his writing and the weird 2nd person thing he uses sometimes.

 

Also watched Popcorn tonight, fun!

 

I watched Popcorn this morning and then realized I only had 45 minutes of the movie… so I need to watch the second half somewhere now haha. I like it so far!
