It's the styles and just the consistent change that he embraces and is what he uses to get the team to keep firing. It's almost counterintuitive but that refreshing every year blows my mind.

  2. What about DC since it's the capitol? Not sure how well they'd draw there though lol

Someone talk me out of taking a points hit in FPL to heavily invest in Spurs. It just feels wrong.

Worth looking at the Josimar article about 777. Behind a paywall but you can get around that. They're terrible owners and also, very shady people.

That said, still FAR like grim than Man City, Newcastle, and Nottingham Forest's owners.

  5. If it's Maddison, Udogie, or Porro it's worth the hit.

I love it when players just get in the pathway of other players and then fall down at the first contact. Doesn't really have much to do with sports but I guess this is what we have to put up with nowadays with VAR.
A draw would have been deserved generally, but the way it was achieved was fishy at best.

  8. I don’t wanna be dramatic but I think I’d take a bullet for this man.

Not even off the bench? Man, that sucks for those fans.

first time going to a bar to watch Liverpool since the 21/22 Champions League final against Real Madrid, first time going to the main Liverpool bar in Chicago for a match (AJ Hudson’s)

figured a 6:30am match wouldn’t be too bad crowd wise but it was pretty packed and got even more packed as the game went on, overall excellent experience watching with a crowd

dire first half, outstanding second half

shoutout Quansah for a great shift on his first PL start, Mo for three assists, and Robbo for bagging a goal while captaining the squad today

edit: just kidding, only 2 assists for Mo, I guess the Elliott goal was ruled an own goal

The City/West Ham match has a really bad clash of jerseys. City away kits look like West Ham in their away kits.

  17. Maddison is too good

  21. Keeper handling the ball outside the box and only got a yellow. I thought that was auto red?

I just knew we were going to struggle away at West Ham coming back from the break. Doku looked great but also was the cause of the counter that started West Ham's goal.

18 shots and struggling? First World problems, I guess :crylaugh:

I mean that Haaland miss kind of summed up what I meant by struggling. I guess off or disconnected might have been a better word.
