I have been watching this gosh darn records progress for months. Months, I say!

 

Do you know what’s up with that tracklisting? Is it supposed to be that way on vinyl or did the site just get it wrong?

I finally emailed them about this and its expected to ship out some time this month apparently if anyone else was wondering about the BV moving mountains pressing

I just love when a record arrives and departs from the same USPS distribution center 6 times, don't you?

 

Last night at a brewery, I met the former bassist for a static lullaby who played on their self titled (2000’s most underrated screamo record?) and then did research to find out that that band has NO vinyl. Someone needs to get one that QUICK

 

I was going to list my current outstanding preorders, but then I realized I've got around 20, between new releases dropping the next two months and a ton of reissues.

Very cool album that never gets it's due. Holds up for me better than most of the Craig stuff, even though I won't buy it since its about 1/3 duds for me.

EDIT: I just put some of my favorites from this one on and my word, did this need a remaster. Treble blasted and loudness turned up to 11 in a not good way. Stratovolcano Mouth still the best song to come out of that weird 3 song divorce.

I like HTD, but I don't NEED to be getting their albums on vinyl at the moment. And certainly not for $40 and $45 per album, before shipping!

It’s double. The mock-up is misleading. Still expensive. The ones from the Haste the Day store also come with a different art insert and an essay from Ryan Clark (did the artwork for the albums)... which doesn't make it much easier a pill to swallow, but it's something. I don't think the solid state variants come with these.

Feel like this should all be in the product descriptions, haha.

 

That definitely would have cleared things up. I guess it's worth it if you're a big fan of the band.
