That is enticing. FOB/JEW/The Maine is a great combo, but it’s a no go if tickets are gonna be over $200. I’d definitely hit it up if tickets are reasonable.

Your best chance of that is catching them at something unique like a jingle jam or kickoff concert for a sporting event. I’ve done that twice in recent years and ironically those were both infinitely cheaper than any of their arena/amphitheater tours I’ve caught (one was free the other was $25 and included a pre- fame Dua Lipa opening for them lol)

The Hot Mulligan glow up has been the weirdest thing I think I’ve ever been somewhat close to.

I can remember that band back in 2016 when they were playing 2nd or 3rd on 5 band bills to 100 people.

the show I most regret missing in my life was Save Face & Hot Mullian co headlining a church in my hometown of 20,000 when I was in college. I don’t even know of anyone who went to it. I was gonna go but some family stuff came up and I thought “these bands will be back here again eventually” (spoiler- they haven’t)

idk if anyone remembers the story of their gear getting stolen and then recovered a few years ago, but that was my friend who runs the venue where their trailer was stolen and who organized the sting with police to get the gear back.

I don’t know those guys personally but they have always been around me kinda in the periphery and I’m so proud that they’re taking over the world now.

Oh now Wiz coming out with Morgan Wallen makes perfect sense.

Diplo is really into that full country thing now huh? This shit is so comical how many people have jumped onto the “country” bandwagon because it became cool / popular genre. Maybe I’m wrong.

At first glance at the poster, I saw Trampled By Turtles and misread it as Turnstile and was beyond confused

Post Malone cover set of country songs being on this lineup is almost as surprising as Post Malone being billed below Miranda Lambert in general

70k is ALOT of people. Especially considering that this is a camping festival, and not like Lollapalooza where you can get a hotel room or Coachella where you can do "glamping."

The Blue Ridge lineup is good, but taking a look at it now there really are only 3 acts on here that regularly tour arenas. To sell 70,000 tickets for an rock festival where most acts peaked 20 years ago, catering to a 35+ older crowd, in Virginia, after school has already started, is pretty impressive.

My friend has a friend who lives right across the street from the Coachella/stagecoach festival grounds and he rents his place out during those weekends.

Makes a disgusting amount of money

If forced to choose between the two, I'd still go to that vs. Electric Zoo

I stayed at an Air BnB in Indio back in July not realizing it was literally up the street from the Polo Grounds where they hold those fests. We went out to dinner the first night and were blown away when we drove past them. Haha
