Yeah so far this event is good. Some how lucked into a shiny Cranidos and the new shiny Tyrunt today too lol.

 

I want all these shinies lol. Definitely playing more this week

 

The volume of event mons has been really good compared to past events. Most of what I saw today were the fossil mons.

 

While the fossil event is good, it’s time we all become comfortable with the truth

I didn’t have the previous version to compare it to but overall I like it. The vibration is not as bad as it was made out to be unless it’s on a table. Came in handy this weekend with GO Fest because I was on vacation with family and couldn’t play a ton. Works well driving as long as you’re not on a road with a higher speed limit.

My main issue is that it seems to randomly prioritize stops over catching or vice versa if you have both auto features on. There’s been a few times it kept trying to spin stops when my storage was full or it would keep erroring on auto-throws when out of poke balls. Luckily you can turn either off if you want one over the other.

 

The new season is going to introduce a bunch of Paldea mons….meanwhile we still have never gotten Galar starters lmao

I enjoyed SV and am excited about the Paldean Pokémon being in Go. I just wish more could be shiny initially but that’s just how it is when they release new ones I suppose

 

i do dig that they're ditching the gen-to-gen structure, and that other things like Sleep are starting without those restrictions as well. makes me hopeful we will get more celebrations/tie-ins with main series releases and such

 

New season wants you to catch 1000 mons, do 60 raids, make 120 excellent throws, spin 300 pokestops, etc in 81 days, in order to get another master ball... That's crazy!

Ehh I think you'll get to those numbers more easily than you think. The raid one will be the most difficult but you could use your free pass daily on one-star raids. For me it'll just be remembering to do it lol.

 

Kartana in raids finally will get me up that challenge fast lol

I always appreciate new pokemon being added, but they've made it too easy. I went for about an hour walk on my lunch break today and was able to collect enough of all the new ones except the water one to evolve them fully

Paldea event, first half had starters and lechonk. Tomorrow Pawmi, Nymble, and Frigibax in the wild and eggs, Bombirdier will be in raids and can be shiny.
