Mark has like two solo songs on the album

 

Neighborhoods beats California and Nine and I don't care what anyone else says.

 

I think he means he LITERALLY wasn’t there. I’m pretty sure Mark confirmed at some point that it was all done through emails bc Tom was like too busy to show up at a studio with all of them together for most of the process.

 

Pretty cool how it’s a holiday weekend and then we get the announcement right when we go back to work!

Neighborhoods has aged like fine wine imo

 

Sure if that wine was two buck chuck

 

Neighborhoods good. Of its time, and the Blink we got in that moment.

GOTD, Natives, Up All Night, Snake Charmer, Kaleidoscope, Even If She Falls, all good.

 

Maybe there's a decent album in there if things went differently but it sounds like absolute shit

 

Tbh I’d argue what sounds worse if NINE or Neighborhoods

 

Neighborhoods production quality is 100% worse than Nine, but I still like it more

 

Neighborhoods has a few cool songs, but it’s messy and disjointed, and the production is terrible.

There’s a reason it didn’t do well and the band ignores the overwhelming majority of it and until pretty recently largely pretended it didn’t exist.

 

This isn’t even remotely a debate lol

 

NINE is crisper and cleaner production-wise for sure, and there's some great songs on there.

I'm with you though, I have more love for Neighorhoods.
