This has entered into my top albums ever, I just clicked with it. I think people who dismiss them as a nostalgia act are missing out on how much they've refined everything good about the bands and the scene at the time and mixed it with a lot of new influences to create something new. They're stupid talented and got so much potential to keep challenging themselves and making great music. reminds me of the development between Alexisonfire albums a lot

They bring the throwback sound so effortlessly while still sounding undeniably SYSC. I love this band so much lol.

 

I know they mentioned the album is complete, I would assume this will be on it. Hopefully get an announcement album announcement soon.

Is this a shift in strategy to maximize engagement at the album announcement single?
