Same, TBH. Hah! I really want them to succeed which is why I've spent some time thinking about/talking about this with friends.

Might drive up to Cleveland instead of going to the Pittsburgh date just for the better venue.

Oh yeah, oh yeah, everything is terrible.

Hot Mulligan opened for TWY at the venue in the spring they are now headlining for this tour. Wild

Yeah Hot Mulligan doing this big of venues is dope. HAM will be a nice bathroom break and it’s a Saturday night. Stoked!

SLS really need to do a proper headline tour. Specially with their new album.

  9. Hot Mulligan doing two nights at House of Blues is so wild. I guess I’m not nearly as connected to how big bands are in this scene now, but I remember when The Wonder Years did that on the TGG tour and it felt like they were bigger then than HM is now.

They have played Chicago a lot in the past couple years. 2021 they played 2 shows at Cobra and Bottom Lounge. 2022 they played Concord and Riot Fest. 2023 they played Concord opening for TWY and Sad Summer, and now 2 more at HOB

They really have a big fanbase in Chicago for them to play 4 shows in the same year

  11. They played a suburbs a lot on their early tours and built up a really loyal fanbase here so I’m not surprised. City Mouth opened for them a few times and they were always really cool.

Tades lives in Chicago too, but that doesn’t matter. They haven’t headlined here in a while though, so much deserved.

On the Hum tour, at least at the Columbus date, it felt like there were just as many people there into Hot Mulligan as there was for TWY. Almost felt like a coheadlining show.

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

The Wonder Years / Hot Mulligan crossover Venn Diagram is pretty much a circle

I love TWY and can’t stand HM lol. I’ll go watch SLS then leave that show early but I wish they were headlining after the new album

  17. I only like one album by TWY and almost nothing else from bands in the same realm.

Weird how all this music stuff works... haha

Wow, Hot Mulligan playing the Wiltern. And how they were just playing chain reaction 2 years ago

Gonna pass on this SLS run as I'm not a fan of any of the other bands on the bill that I'm familiar with...Heart Attack Man is just woooooof.

Checking out Ben Quad right now and they are sick! That’s a pretty awesome tour outside of Heart Attack Man. Easy opportunity to get merch/bathroom break.

there’s vids of her and her DJ asking to have water thrown on them because of how hot it was outside. Don’t throw stuff but her asking for it then getting mad is very dumb.

Wild to see that being applauded. I think we can all agree that throwing shit on-stage isn't cool. But neither is throwing a microphone at somebody.

    Both actions are shitty.

Absolutely stoked to see Hot Mulligan and SLS on the same bill. Have no clue who Heart Attack Man is, but I'm slightly annoyed that SLS isn't direct support. Very lucky to have seen SLS on their 3-show headlining run earlier this Spring. Saw HM headline Cleveland in 21 at a venue a quarter of the size of The Agora.
