I'm biased toward ebony, of course. It all depends on your style, really.
The natural I haven't seen up close, but it's a beautiful guitar.
The ebony is really fucking slick while still showing off that gorgeous wood. ;D

See, that's interesting to me. I skip Get It Faster (and My Sundown) most often, but I still think they're both great songs.

Two female friends and I had Authority Song's harmonies down pat back in high school and we'd sing it like it was our jobs. It's probably in my top 3 for that album.

For a second I thought you guys were ranking top ten songs period and was thoroughly confused.

My list would be Jake's except switch Cautioners and A Praise Chorus and swap out If You Dont for My Sundown

 

emo me in HS thought the line was 'anything just to keep my mind off of megan" which was the girl i was on/off with for a decent amount of HS #blunderyears

 

Track 10 is always the "outcast" on JEW albums it seems. It's always a rock song that breaks up a string of ballads. Usually they're really great songs but I think they get shit for fucking up the mood.

 

I relistened to Cautioneers and I take it back that's a great song. Still not into the other two outside of the small portion @sophos34 quoted

doing this ranking reasserts that this is my least favorite JEW album (excluding static prevails which I haven't listened to nearly enough)
