This is basically the direction I've been hoping they'd go. It matches them perfectly.

 

Maybe because it was before 6am when I listened to the new song, but that fake vibrato effect on Adam’s vocals was quite irritating.

Thought the song was alright overall. A little underwhelmed, but appreciate that it’s different for them and am happy they’re back. Was really waiting for the song to take off but it never did. At least not the way I was expecting it to.

 

Sounds like TBS does Killers. It’s interesting.

Listening for the first time now, it’s more emotive and melodic than what I remember the last couple of albums being. They had a dissonance to my ears that I couldn’t get past.

 

It's a really good, enjoyed it!

 

Beginning of the music video Adam says "should we play all the new songs?" And then at the very end there's a short clip of another new song.
Feels like an album announcement is definitely coming today.
