I can't speak to the others, but those Newbury Still Searching and The Fire are both 12". LINAWR is 10".

With the sale the Newbury versions are finally as cheap as the Vagrant store versions.

Still not wasting a dime on any of those 10" sets, though.

  5. If you're planning to go see an artist, generally is it better for the artist if you preorder a vinyl online or buy it at their concert?

Sorry for the double post but I finally opened my FOB record. Emailed supports and they’re sending another copy out.

  12. The Way We Talk - nah, that’s never been pressed. There is a pressing of the songs they put out before that though, officially listed as the Stay Up, Get Down EP

How is Araabmuzik - Electronic Dream not on vinyl? One of the best albums of the '10's.

My “Free” Sound of Vinyl record arrived with me today (no email or tracking notification was provided besides the confirmation notice)! Stoked to add The Bravery to my collection. Big thanks to @Craig Manning for the heads up on this cool sale!

  15. I ended up picking up Trail of Dead and The Bravery from that sale, got ToD yesterday and Bravery is still in transit. But yeah, no shipping notification or anything. Super pleased that it worked out!

As a FYI, this is the variant I received. It's a cool orange/red mix color: The Bravery - The Bravery

  17. Oh sweet! I checked Discogs before buying and didn't see any pressings other than standard black. Very pleasant surprise.

I got my first Sound of Vinyl record a few days ago. McCartney III. Came fast and wasn't any issues with the record.
Nirvana Unplugged should be getting here soon too. $16 total for both of those was an insane deal!

I went back yesterday to buy some more, but looks like the sale is over.

noticed that today. was hoping to snag a copy of Billie (considering they all sold out really quickly), but when i got a stock notification, the price went back up to $30.

Would only buy if the album got remastered for the medium.

  24. Wanted to post a pic of my current setup. If only I could get the rest of my room to be as tidy... Anyway, I've been rearranging stuff in my room, I originally had a crate of records on top of the table (I bought the table that size for that reason), but I've since moved them into my shelf/nightstand. The rca switcher is hiding behind Jubilee, then there's the CD/DVD player and the miniamp. I added the pink mouse pad underneath the turntable for a splash of color because it's too big for my desk

  25. That’s a really pretty Jubilee variant!
