Hey everyone! I was given a heads up that The Get Up Kids will have an 8 song, 30 minute set for the All American Rejects tour starting on Friday. Be sure to arrive early!

I'd have to cry for more, zero of my favorite tunes from them too, but well, that's understandable - I'd still make sure to watch them on that run

 

Considering that this is one of the most frequently performed songs from Problems other than Satellite, I wish they would have made a music video for it.

Fairweather Friends is another song that would have made a great video.

 

I'd see them both as cool singles, but now I'd love to get anything new from them sooner than later, wondering if there's anything in the talks at least

 

Best move IMO is to have new songs ready to go for the 25th anniversary tour of STWHA. I am certain they have an EP's worth of songs they have been sitting on. It must be a matter of timing. I'm remaining hopeful.

 

Man of Conviction was added to the setlist in Indiana. So now they're doing 9 songs.

 

Give them 19 songs and take 10 songs away from AAR.

 

AAR only played 9 at my show. How would one take 10 away?

 

I love Man of Conviction, glad they're using that kind of a small spot at least to bring some Guilt Show on!

 

That reminded me I'd love to have a chance to play fussball with them hahah, I used to be pretty good in my barfly days ;u I'm really curious if they're seriosuly good at it. Kicker EP has definitely got one of my favorite album covers too btw.

And well, to see TSL with TGUK I think I'd travel anywhere in Europe

 

I actually went to an arcade bar in Gainesville with them years ago during the Problems tour, all of them except Matt. One of the best nights of my life. My memory is blurry but I think me and my friend at one point played Jim and Rob in fussball.

 

Sounds really cool! I do remember from some interviews etc. they mention their love for fussball hahh. Epic night for you for sure!

 

Saw them last night in Minneapolis. They crushed it, it was awesome and they played 9 songs, Man of Conviction included.
