Love this song! Ratboys are such a consistently great band

 

Maybe it’s the twinge of americana but it feels like Ratboys and the The War On Drugs would have a lot of crossover fans. It would be sweet to see Ratboys open for them or something.

They just announced a Thalia Hall show on December 22.

 

Bummed I missed out on Schubas show but this will be a good time too

 

Definitely will try to make that show.

 

Love both the new songs, I still remember seeing them in my friends backyard in 2018, amazing show!

title track is a top 3 Ratboys song - I believe they've been playing it live tho

the entire album is just insane - their masterpiece

 

Feels like it’s their time to blow up. Between getting majorly fucked over by COVID and being in the scene as long as they have, they deserve a (as mentioned above) Wednesday-esque blow up.

hey I wasn't aware Wednesday blew up at all, but Ratboys do deserve it for sure, they're top notch musically and they're sweet and funny as well

they’re the sweet version of Wednesday.

 

The fact that we got new Wednesday this year and are getting new Ratboys in the same year…we are not worthy.
